A Window Into Hell
The exact Conjunction occurs on January 21st, at 7:28:37 a.m. EST, but the Cazimi is in full effect by the 20th. The aspects and transits I explore below fall into this general window.
This Pluto Cazimi moment promises to be a revealing one. A bona fide Peek Behind The Curtain. I’m viewing it as sort of an official book-end at the beginning of the Pluto in Aquarius era proper, where we all get the update about what flavor of cyberpunk dystopia looms overhead.
The public-facing darkness of this moment will almost certainly have something to do with the fact that it’s Inauguration Day here in the U.S. Joy!
The surveillance and control technologies of empire, including the specters of biometric I.D., social credit scores and CBDCs - that have been prototyped and planned for decades - will see their roll-out under Red Team. It’s just what happens now. This is where we might start to see what it looks like.
A Sun+Pluto moment will also likely mark a sudden reactionary up-welling and airing of the collective shadow. A gasp of shock and outrage as we glimpse ourselves in the Hell-Mirror.

Mars in Cancer and Mercury in Capricorn T-Squaring Moon in Libra:
Whatever gets communicated about our reality at this time won’t be great for anyone’s emotional equilibrium or harmonious relating. But we probably don’t need the stars to tell us that.
Having received some downloads this year about the Capricorn-Cancer axis relating to quintessential Father-Mother energies, and taking the cultural temperature, it’s safe to say there will be turbulence with the rifts along gender lines and societal/tribal roles. Also, maybe we don’t need the stars to tell us that. Not sure what my job is here.
Venus Conjunct Saturn (Separating), approaching a Conjunction with Neptune/North Node in Pisces:
The beauty and connectivity at this time will be found in looking away from state power and orthodox stances, including the entire two-party political tradition. Focusing on the sovereign pleasure of the body, and of creative inspiration, and how to make a future out of that.
Mars Rx in Cancer loosely Opposing Pluto (Separating for now)
Mars is in his Fall in Cancer. The fizzling of crucial motivation and drive. Anger possibly burning out, either because people don’t have the emotional resources left, or they haven’t found an outlet. Or worse, directing that anger into otherwise safe spaces and relationships.
Emotional volatility could be reignited, or bottled-up emotions could explode once Mars stations direct in late February, or when Mars once again enters Opposition to Pluto again on April 26th. This Mars-Pluto Opposition window between early January and late April likely holds its own special story of conflict.
It bears mentioning that the Sun is in Adversity in Aquarius, adding to the general bleakness of whatever it happens to shed light on.
There will also be illuminations of your personal relationship to this, depending on where Aquarius falls in your Natal Chart. If you have Aquarius presiding over one of your first 7 Houses, it will likely impact you in a more personal way. If it governs any from 8-12, it will likely be more public, social or career-oriented.

How much attention do I place on what I can’t control, and how does that misplaced energy create problems for myself and others?
Am I idealizing something, and is that being challenged or transformed?
